MAC OS X MAIL APP KEEPS POPPING UP FULL
So I followed their steps EXACTLY, and guess what - I have been a full 24 hours with no crashes! I was getting 6 a day so this is very encouraging. I heard back from support - they basically gave me detailed instructions to uninstall/reinstall Evernote to fix this problem! I was very skeptical at first and said so, they insisted to do this exactly as they instruct below.
MAC OS X MAIL APP KEEPS POPPING UP UPDATE
Update - i can roll back but with it comes many issues- mainly security & database stuff pending on which thread you read. PS i've only just managed to find the time to dedicate to his error outside of my 24x7 workload in case your wondering. Just for clarity of how annoying the popup is. I will post my update if i do - if no update then the Evernote Spotlight from Annoyance city is hounding me like Patrick Swayze singing " I'm Henry The 8th i am " in Ghost. Just trying to figure out if this has happened since the last Evernote update & if possible to roll back until its sorted. If i am not using evernote ie not even open the error message still pops up but i leave it open in the background so i don't have to keep closing the Report Problem window down. When i refer to Evernote no matter what i do it pops up every 30s to 1m making using Evernote unbearable to use.

You can see the list of crashes in the attachment, here is a dump of the first part of the most recent crash. I hope that helps, and that you’re able to banish this particular Mail bane.I watch the crashes on my MacBook Pro, and tonight I noticed lots of Evernote SPotlight crashes, when normally there are none. If you’re a Google Apps user, you have the same option, but your link is (obviously, you’ll want to replace “” with, well, your actual domain). To prove you’re human to the Google gods, go to the unlock CAPTCHA page and fill out the form. Another solution that may work is deleting the entries for that e-mail account in your keychain and then re-entering the password when Mail asks for it (hopefully for the last time).īut what if that box just keeps on popping up over and over and OVER, even though you know you’ve entered your password correctly? If you’re using a Gmail account, it’s possible that Google’s mail servers have flagged your account as suspicious and you need to reset your CAPTCHA. This can happen if, for example, you have several devices checking for e-mail all at the same time or if you have one device that is set to check too often. Most of the time, entering the correct one and checking the “Remember this password in my keychain” box is sufficient to dismiss that ugly bugger for good. I’ve got some suggestions for you to help make this problem go the way of the dodo.

A lot of you who rely on Apple Mail are familiar with the oh-so-irritating dialog box that pops up asking for your password.
